Enhanced Families Now (EFN) works in the home with families who have intensive mental health needs. EFN is an intensive outreach program offered to keep families together suffering from intensive mental health issues. Our team works in the home with families who are coping with issues such as addiction, bi‐polar disorder, and clinical depression in order to keep families safe and secure.
Our dedicated group of professionals works to provide:
- Individual Counseling
- Family Counseling
- Ongoing Support
- Education to help Caregivers
- Transportation
- Referrals to needed services
- Ongoing case management
